Preparation and shipping

1. Put the RMA number clearly visible on the inside and outside of your package.

2. Do Not ship any items to VPInstruments without prior approval and a Valid RMA # and form. RMA numbers will be valid for 30 days after issued date.

3. Sender is responsible for proper packaging to prevent transit damage. Make sure to properly clean and package your units including protecting the sensor

tip from damage as well as for insurance value.

4. All returns are to be shipped PREPAID by the sender. In case additional cost will be charged to VPInstruments these costs will be invoiced to the sender.

The declared value should be reasonable compared to the actual value of the product.

Remarks

1. RMA requests with missing or incorrect serial number(s) may result in a delayed process or a rejection of request.

2. Any model discrepancy for received items may result in a delayed processing time. Products received with no RMA number may delay processing or may

result in refusal. VPInstruments will not be responsible for items received without proper information.

3. If the information on your request varies from the actual item(s) received, RMA will be based on the actual item(s) received.

4. Damage caused by misapplication or external events, such as impact, transport, flood or fire are not covered.

5. If used with any other Gases than Compressed Air, make sure to decontaminate, clean and all shipments must conform to with the "Right to Know Act"

and applicable transportation regulations, 4. 4. 4. Shipments containing hazardous substances will be rejected.
